Questions organisers ask

How does the balance limit work?

You set a number, for example 2. When one side’s passes get 2 ahead of the other’s, that side pauses. As soon as the other side books, it reopens automatically. It works in both directions.

Does Yano check ages?

No. You can ask guests for their age range and review answers, and use approval to decide who joins.

Can male and female passes have different prices?

Yes. Each pass type has its own price and quantity.
