For community hosts: reading circles, run clubs, chai meetups

Know who’s really coming, free or for the price of chai

Free meetups cost nothing on Yano. If you collect a small amount for chai or snacks, it goes straight to your UPI. Everyone who joins gets a pass, so you know the real headcount.

Free to start. Free events cost ₹0.

Sound familiar?

Forty people say ‘count me in’ in the WhatsApp group. Four turn up at 7:30 on Sunday. I stop wanting to host.

How Yano handles it

Free is really free

Free passes never use credits. No limits, no fees, full passes and check-in.

Small fees straight to your UPI

Charging ₹150 for chai? Members pay your UPI directly and you confirm each payment in your dashboard.

A real headcount

Booking a spot is a small commitment, so the list you see is closer to who actually comes.

What your guests get

  • A pass with the meeting point and time
  • A link to the host’s page with future meetups
  • The pass by email and in their photos
