1. Introduction

Welcome to Yano, operated by YANO PRIVATE LIMITED ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (yano.club) and platform. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Role of the Platform

Yano operates as a designated technology intermediary. We provide a platform that enables event organizers ("Organizers") to list events and sell tickets to attendees ("Attendees"). We do not host, organize, or guarantee the quality or execution of any events listed on our platform. The contract for the sale of any ticket is directly between the Organizer and the Attendee.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our platform. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service.

4. Ticketing and Payments

All ticket prices are set by the respective Organizers. Yano charges a non-refundable "Convenience Fee" (inclusive of applicable taxes such as GST) on top of the ticket price for the use of our software infrastructure. This fee is explicitly displayed during the checkout process before payment is confirmed.

Payments are processed securely via our authorized payment gateway partners. Yano does not store your full credit card or UPI details on our servers.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the platform to organize illegal events, engage in fraud, money laundering, or sell tickets to events that violate local, state, or national laws. Organizers found violating these terms will be immediately banned and funds may be withheld or refunded to attendees.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Yano, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.

Yano is not liable for any injuries, losses, cancellations, or damages that occur at the physical offline events booked through our platform. All offline liabilities rest solely with the Event Organizer.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
