Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 10 July 2026

1. Event tickets (buyers)

Ticket money is paid directly to the event Organizer's own payment gateway account — Yano never holds it. Therefore ticket refunds are issued by the Organizer, under the Organizer's refund policy, through their payment gateway (refunds return to the original payment method).

If an event is cancelled: the Organizer is responsible for refunding buyers. The event page will show the cancelled status, and buyers should contact the Organizer using the contact details shared by the Organizer (or reach us and we will share the Organizer's registered contact).

Failed or double payments: if money was deducted but no ticket was issued, first use Find my tickets with your mobile number — this automatically detects successful payments and issues pending tickets. Payments that genuinely failed are auto-reversed by the payment gateway / your bank, typically within 5–7 working days.

2. Yano credits (organizers)

Credits are prepaid software fees paid to Yano. Unused credits are refundable on request within 30 days of purchase, less payment-gateway charges incurred by us on the purchase. Consumed credits (tickets already issued) are non-refundable. The one-time free signup credits have no cash value.

3. How to request a refund of credits

Email yano.business.support@gmail.com from your registered email with your account email and purchase details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
