Paid bookings keep working until your balance is 50 credits below zero, so you have time to top up. After that, paid bookings pause until you add credits. Free passes are never affected.
Personal UPI is simplest and has no fees, but you confirm each payment. A gateway confirms payments by itself, which matters for larger events, but you need your own gateway account and it charges its fee.
With UPI, the moment the guest pays — it’s their bank to yours. With a gateway, on that gateway’s normal settlement schedule into your bank.
