For Navratri committees, societies and garba event organisers
Sell a pass for one night or for every night. Keep the crowd balanced if you want to. At the gate, a phone scanner lets each pass in once per night and turns away passes for another night.
Free to start. Free events cost ₹0.

Nau din, hazaron log, aur gate par volunteers paper list mein naam dhoondh rahe hain. Koi kal ka pass leke aaj aa jaata hai, koi screenshot forward karke.
Offer “Day 3 only”, “Weekend” or “All 9 nights” on the same page. Guests pick their day while booking.
On the day: The scanner checks the date: a Day 3 pass is let in on Day 3 only. An all-nights pass works once each night.
A pass for another night shows red with the right date: “This pass is for Day 3 (Sat, 26 Sept). Today is Day 2.”
If you want a balanced crowd, set a limit (for example 2). When one side gets that far ahead, its passes pause until the other side catches up, then reopen by themselves.
A pass that was already scanned tonight shows amber with the time, name and last 4 digits of the booking phone, so volunteers can tell a returning guest from a copied screenshot.
Guests pay you directly — your UPI, or your own Razorpay or Cashfree account. Yano never holds your money. A credit costs ₹10 in small packs and ₹6 in the biggest; new organisers get 50 free credits. See pricing
Each pass carries its day. The scanner compares it with today’s date and refuses passes for other nights, showing the correct date.
