For organisers

For networking meetups and founder dinners: curated rooms that start on time

By the Yano team · 12 October 2026 · 5 min read

A good networking room is curated: the right mix of people, the right size, and nobody wandering in unannounced.

Know who’s asking

Questions at booking: company, role, LinkedIn or Instagram. Answers appear on each guest and in the download.

Curate with approval

Approve who joins; approved guests pay and get their pass. Or, for a dinner with a minimum cover, use the minimum guest goal instead.

Partners and communities

Give each community partner a promo code with its own link and see who brought whom.

Name badges

Print the guest list before the night; it’s a clean A4 sheet or PDF.

Try it for your next gathering

Free to start. Guests pay you directly; Yano never holds your ticket money. Free events cost nothing.

Questions people ask

Can I keep it invite-only?
