For organisers
For yoga and wellness retreats: the right group, deposits and a smooth arrival
Retreats have limited rooms, real costs per person, and a group that needs to fit together.
Approve participants
Ask about experience and what they hope to get from the retreat. Approve the ones who fit; they then pay. Ask only what you need — and avoid detailed medical questions in a booking form.
Deposit now, balance on arrival
Advance + balance on the ticket type; the balance is shown on the pass and collected at check-in.
Transfers
Pickup points for station or city pickups, with times; each participant chooses theirs.
Multi-day
One pass for all days, checked in once per day — or day passes for drop-in sessions.
Try it for your next gathering
Free to start. Guests pay you directly; Yano never holds your ticket money. Free events cost nothing.
Questions people ask
Can I keep the venue private?
Yes. Turn on the private address; confirmed participants see it on their pass.
