For organisers
For satsangs, bhajan sandhyas and community gatherings
Community gatherings are large, family-heavy and often free — but you still need to know how many are coming and who boards which bus.
Free passes for families
Free passes cost nothing on Yano. Families can book several passes at once (set a sensible maximum per booking).
Buses from different areas
Add pickup points with times; families choose their stop and volunteers see who to expect at each.
Multi-day programmes
Day passes or one pass for all days; the door lets each pass in once per day.
An entry everyone can manage
No app needed. Volunteers scan with any phone, or find people by mobile number. Print the list as a backup.
Try it for your next gathering
Free to start. Guests pay you directly; Yano never holds your ticket money. Free events cost nothing.
Questions people ask
Can we accept a contribution?
You can create a paid pass type alongside free ones; payments go straight to your UPI or account.
