For organisers
For kavi sammelans and poetry nights: free or paid, with a calm entry
Poetry evenings bring together young audiences and elders. The booking must be simple, and the entry must work for everyone.
Free passes cost nothing
For free sammelans, guests get a free QR pass by email — no credits used. You still know how many are coming.
No app for anyone
Guests open their pass from email or WhatsApp. Volunteers scan with any phone. Those without a pass can be found by phone number at the door.
Seat counts and sections
Create ticket types for front rows, general seating or family passes, each with its own count.
Share widely
Choose “Everyone — show it on Yano” so it appears on Yano’s Find page and can appear in search results.
Try it for your next gathering
Free to start. Guests pay you directly; Yano never holds your ticket money. Free events cost nothing.
Questions people ask
Can I add guests who registered on paper?
Yes. Import a list or add them one by one; each gets a pass the scanner accepts.
