Yano feature
Already have a guest list? Import it and give everyone a QR pass
Many events start before there is a booking page: a Google Form, a WhatsApp list, an Excel sheet from sponsors. You don’t have to start again.
Import a list
- Open your event → Manage → Import a guest list.
- Paste rows from your sheet or upload the file, then choose which columns are the name and the mobile number. Other details can be printed on the pass.
- Every guest gets a QR pass. Send each one their pass on WhatsApp with one tap.
Add guests one by one
For cash payments, VIPs, sponsors or friends: Add a guest yourself. They get a real pass the scanner accepts. Add their email and Yano emails it to them too.
On tickets with an advance and a balance, Yano asks what they paid you — advance only or the full amount — so your money summary stays right.
Try it for your next gathering
Free to start. Guests pay you directly; Yano never holds your ticket money. Free events cost nothing.
Questions people ask
Do imported guests count in my numbers?
Yes. They appear in your guest list, check-ins and download like everyone else.
Can imported guests get their pass by email?
Guests you add one by one with an email get it by email. For an imported list, send each guest their pass on WhatsApp with one tap.
