For organisers
For comedy shows and open mics: audience tickets and performer sign-ups
A comedy night has two lists: the audience, and the comics. Mixing them in one Google Form is where the mess starts.
Audience: tickets with a code per comic
Give each performer a promo code with its own link. They share it with their followers; you see how many bookings each code brought — fair data for line-up and payouts.
Performers: a separate free event with approval
Create “Open mic sign-ups — 14 Nov” as a free event with approval on. Ask for name, Instagram, a clip link and their set length. You approve the slots you want; approved comics get their pass.
At the door
Scan audience passes; sell walk-ins at the door for cash or spot UPI. Your count stays right for the venue.
Try it for your next gathering
Free to start. Guests pay you directly; Yano never holds your ticket money. Free events cost nothing.
Questions people ask
Can I hide the performer sign-up from the public?
