Stag, female and couple passes: balanced, scanned and paid to you

Sell stag, female and couple passes at their own prices, keep the crowd balanced automatically, give each promoter their own code, and run the entry with phone scanners for your whole team.

Free to start. Free events cost ₹0.

“Stags book first, couples book last. By 9 pm the gate is chaos and I’m checking payment screenshots on my phone.”
— A Goa pool-party promoter

How Yano handles it

Pass types with their own prices

Stag, female, couple, early bird, VIP: each has its own price and quantity, and you choose how many one person can book.

Crowd balance limit

When male or female passes get too far ahead of the other side, that side pauses and reopens by itself as the other books.

A code for every promoter

Give each promoter or influencer their own promo code and see how many bookings each one brought.

Scanners for your whole team

Send the scanner link to your staff: no app or login. Each pass works once, so a shared screenshot shows as already used.

What your guests get

  • Their pass saved in their photos for the entry
  • Separate passes they can send to friends on WhatsApp
  • The venue and map, or the address after approval for private parties

What it costs

Free events₹0
Each paid pass1 credit · ₹6–₹10

Guests pay you directly — your UPI, or your own Razorpay or Cashfree account. Yano never holds your money. A credit costs ₹10 in small packs and ₹6 in the biggest; new organisers get 50 free credits. See pricing

Set it up

  1. Create the party. Add your pass types and turn on the balance limit if you want it.
  2. Hand out codes. Make a promo code for each promoter and share your link.
  3. Run the gate. Send the scanner to your staff and scan from every phone.

Questions organisers ask

How do couple passes work?

Create a “Couple” pass type with its own price. One couple pass is one QR code, checked once at the entry.

Can I keep the guest list private?

Yes. Turn on approval to review each request, and a secret location to show the exact address only on approved guests’ passes.

Does Yano take a cut of my ticket sales?

No. Guests pay you directly. Yano charges prepaid credits per paid pass, never a percentage.
