For organisers
For coaching batches and seminars: seats, fees in parts, and clean accounts
Seminars and coaching batches mix online payments, cash at the venue and late registrations — and the accounts have to add up afterwards.
Fees in parts
Give a ticket type an advance and a balance. The scanner shows the balance due at entry and records it when collected.
Cash and offline registrations
Add people yourself — Yano asks whether they paid the advance only or the full amount — or import a list.
Accounts
- Money card: paid at booking, balance received, still to collect, split by online / UPI / added by you.
- Spreadsheet export with balances, discounts, payment references and total received per person.
Approvals
For limited batches, approve registrations first; approved students then get a link to pay.
Try it for your next gathering
Free to start. Guests pay you directly; Yano never holds your ticket money. Free events cost nothing.
Questions people ask
Does Yano issue GST invoices for my fees?
No. Guests pay you directly, and your invoicing stays with you. Ask your CA what you need.
