For organisers
For dance classes and bootcamps: one pass for the whole series
A five-day salsa bootcamp or a monthly Bollywood series needs one booking that works every session — and an easy way to see who turned up.
One pass, every session
Create the series as one event over several days. An all-days pass lets each dancer in once per day; a day pass works only on its day. Drop-in single sessions can be day passes.
Attendance without a register
Scan passes at the door, or check people in from your list. Each day’s check-ins are counted separately, so you see who came to which session.
Deposits and partners
- Take an advance online and the rest on day one.
- Ask “Coming with a partner?” as a booking question, or create a couple ticket.
- Use 50:50 balance for partner-dance socials if you need leads and follows balanced.
Try it for your next gathering
Free to start. Guests pay you directly; Yano never holds your ticket money. Free events cost nothing.
