For party organisers
A curated guest list, a door nobody can cheat.
Approve guests by their Instagram, sell couple, women and stag entry with a balanced crowd, and run a fast door from any phone. Guests pay you directly — Yano never touches the money.
Takes about a minute. Nothing goes live until you publish.

How a party runs on Yano
From the first DM to the last guest in.

- 1
Guests request a pass
They open your link from Instagram and answer your questions. Nothing to pay yet. You see their profile before you decide.
- 2
A crowd that stays balanced
Couple, women and stag passes, each with its own price and count. If stag passes get too far ahead, they pause on their own until women’s passes catch up — then reopen.
- 3
Every promoter, counted
Give each promoter or collab page a promo code with its own link — the discount is already applied. You see exactly how many bookings each one brought.
- 4
A fast, honest door
Your door team scans from their own phones — no app, no login, no access to your money. A forwarded screenshot shows who already used it. Walk-ins pay cash or UPI at the door and are counted.

The next party fills faster
Repeat the party with everything copied. Guests who loved it can follow you in the Yano Android app and get one quiet notification when you announce the next one — no emails, no spam.

Your UPI ID, or your own Razorpay or Cashfree account. Yano is the guest list and door tool, paid with credits: each paid pass uses one credit, ₹6–₹10. Free passes, requests and declined guests cost nothing. No commission, no monthly fee — and you start with 50 free credits.
Questions party organisers ask
Can I see someone’s Instagram before I let them in?
Yes. Ask for their Instagram handle when they request a pass; it shows on every request as a tappable link. Approve the people you want — declined people never pay.
How does the women and stag balance work?
Sell separate Women and Stag (men) passes and turn on “Keep a 50:50 crowd” with a gap you choose. If one side gets that far ahead, its passes pause on their own until the other catches up. Couple passes don’t change the balance.
Can approved guests still pay online?
Yes. Approved guests pay on their own payment page — by UPI, or online if you’ve connected your own Razorpay or Cashfree account.
Can I see which promoter brought which booking?
Give each promoter a promo code with its own link. Your dashboard shows how many times each code was used, and each booking shows the code it used.
What does it cost?
Each paid pass uses one credit (₹6–₹10). Free passes, requests and declined guests cost nothing. No commission, no monthly fee. New organisers get 50 free credits.
Do guests need an app?
No. Booking, passes and the door scanner all work in any phone browser — including inside Instagram. The Yano Android app is optional, for guests who want to follow you.
