For trip organisers
Trips with strangers, without the WhatsApp chaos.
Choose travellers by their Instagram, keep the group balanced, take an advance and board everyone from one list. Travellers pay you directly — Yano never touches the money.
Takes about a minute. Nothing goes live until you publish.

Sound familiar?
- 200 DMs asking “price?”One link in your bio with dates, price, boarding points and seats.
- A Google Form and a gallery full of UPI screenshotsEvery request with their Instagram and answers; every payment matched to a traveller.
- Fourteen men, three womenWomen and men kept balanced on their own.
- Chasing balances at the bus at 5 amThe scanner shows what each traveller still owes, and records it in one tap.
- “Am I confirmed? Where do I board? Who do I call?”Clear emails at every step, and a pass that answers all three.
How a trip runs on Yano
From the first request to the last stop.

- 1
Travellers request a seat
They open your link from Instagram, pick their boarding point and answer your questions. Nothing to pay yet. You see their Instagram before you decide.
- 2
You approve — they pay you
One tap sends a pay link by email, and opens WhatsApp so you can send it in your own words. They pay your UPI or your own Razorpay. People you decline never pay.
- 3
Their pass answers every question
Date, boarding point, what’s left to pay, and a WhatsApp button for you — or your trip captain. Lost it? They find it again with their phone number and email.
- 4
Boarding: scan, collect, count
Send the scanner link to whoever is at each stop — no app, no login, no access to your money. They see who is still to come, with numbers to call, and collect balances in one tap.

The next trip fills faster
Repeat the trip with everything copied. Travellers who loved it can follow you in the Yano Android app and get one quiet notification when you announce the next one — no emails, no spam.
Everything a trip needs.
All of it is on from the trip setup — and you can change any of it later.

Travellers pay you. Not us.
Your UPI ID, or your own Razorpay or Cashfree account. Yano is the booking and boarding tool, paid with credits: each confirmed paid seat uses one credit, ₹6–₹10. Requests, declined travellers and free reservations cost nothing. No commission, no monthly fee — and you start with 50 free credits.
Questions trip organisers ask
Can I see a traveller’s Instagram before I accept them?
Yes. Ask for their Instagram handle when they request a seat; it shows on every request as a tappable link, next to their answers, boarding point and seat type.
Do travellers pay before I approve them?
No. With “I approve each traveller”, people send a request with nothing to pay. Only after you approve do they get a link to pay you. People you decline never pay, so there is nothing to refund.
Where does the money go?
To you — your UPI ID, or your own Razorpay or Cashfree account. Yano never receives, holds or pools trip money.
What does it cost?
Each confirmed paid seat uses one credit (₹6–₹10). Requests, declined travellers and free reservations cost nothing. No commission, no monthly fee. New organisers get 50 free credits.
I already collected names on a Google Form. Do I start again?
No. Import the list (name and mobile number) and every traveller gets a QR pass your scanner accepts. Add cash bookings one by one too.
Do travellers need an app?
No. Booking, passes and the boarding scanner all work in any phone browser — including inside Instagram. The Yano Android app is optional, for travellers who want to follow you.
