The story behind our name: Inspired by the legendary last soul ultra marathon.First Soul is built for the start of the journey.Every ultra runner began with a single first step-and that's what First Soul celebrates: new beginnings and starting from square one. Welcome to First Soul! Whether you're taking your first running steps or building up to a 5K, you belong here. We are a beginner-friendly club with zero pace requirements,no pressure,and supportive community. Lace up and run at your own pace!
